Motel 6

How can a establishment charge a consumer/customer money to stay in a room that is filthy, noisy, unsafe, not covid clean, not non-smoking as stated, people smoking right outside your room. Had people fist fighting and slamming each other into our door and room wall. Vagrants sleeping, dressing and doing drugs in hallways right outside rooms. Management and housekeeping in my opinion seem to be part of the problem. This establishment needs a inhouse cleaning, rude and uncaring management and housekeeping. Probably why motel 6 is the ghetto. Terminal patient not happy due to being advised by front desk before online payment that they were covid clean, total lie and unsafe for all. Will file with the attorney general to protect others from these shady practices. Fyi, ran a 5 star inn for almost 20 years. Company should be ashamed of it's self
