KFC

KFC at 80 w 5th Reno. The open sign was on but all doors looked and no employees in view. They were hiding. I knocked on drive thru window, no response. Later a car drove up and the little gray hired man came out, I told him I was going to call customer service. His response, please do. I know there is an employee shortage, but your management is choosing people that mistreat clients and would rather not service customers. This is the 2nd time I was rudely handled at this location.
Went by late they were back in hiding
