Spent another 4 hours with "Member Services." . . . The most "Senior" and most "Knowledgeable" (Ms. Khadija Lush) at the timeshare. I asked all the questions that any intelligent owner would ask. She stated over and over and over about new program rules. This included immediate savings of about $3000/yr in maintenance fees, BS fees and program fees. Which is a big deal for current owners.
When I received a copy of the contract . . . none of these items were included. So, I wrote these items on the contract, so there was NO CONFUSION about what the program included. To make a long story short . . . The "manager" (Jeff Galloway) tore up the contract. I had obviously not understood what Ms. Lush had told me, as none of the things I had written on the contract were ACTUALLY part of the contract.
When I explained what she had stated to me, he said that SHE "must have a different interpretation of the program and how it works." Basically, she lied to me for 3 hours in order to get me to sign the papers and give them $27, 000. The managers knew it, the corporate offices knew it, and by writing EXACTLY what she told me . . . they couldn't deliver. So, they destroyed the contract.
I was told that she tells EVERYONE the same thing and she has been there for over 5 years . . . .that's a lot of people to lie to! My question is: Why is there NO LAWYER willing to take on these guys with a massive lawsuit from all the people that have been screwed?
Steer clear of the Las Vegas member services. Get whatever you can for FREE, and don't buy anything. They can tell you whatever they want to get your signature. Real or not! Be very, very careful!

I wish I had known about the tactics before I went to Las Vegas about 3 weeks ago. It has become a nightmare to think I was tricked into a selling ploy for money. I was lucky not to have given them any money, but the "no money down" is still trying to get payment from we with BillMeLater. I was on my honeymoon when all this occurred, but when I had time to look at the contracts I was told it was too late to cancel. Thank goodness I cancelled my credit card instead! This may turn into a lawsuit before long for me, but I have definitely had fraudulent actions provided to me and told all the things you were and given misrepresentation to the facts. If anyone reads this I hope they understand they are a victim to a corporate scandle to gain access to your money. They WILL NOT give you what you think you are getting! GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN!
