Panda Express

I just witnessed employees, taking partially old food(fried rice), and mixing it with food getting ready to be cooked. I am completely disgusted, and disappointed at the practices of employees cutting corners, simply because it's close to quitting time.
I arrived before 9p, and over 7 antrees were completely empty.
Employees Angie, Meg, and male who's name begins with an I, didn't seem to care much.
