Planet Fitness

On Monday, December 13, 2021, I went to the Planet Fitness at 1100 N Telshor Blvd, Las Cruces, NM 88011 about 10:00 a.m. I was on my routine cardio exercise on an elliptical machine. I was interrupted by a female Planet Fitness staff member with black pants and PF shirt. She informed me to wear the mask, but I had removed it to have a drink. She started to yell and intimidate me by threatening to call the Police and have me arrested. I am 71 years old, a service connected Vietnam Veteran and was unable to hear her, but she insisted in embarrassing me in front of other patrons. In addition, I noticed that other patrons on other exercise machines did not have their masks. Furthermore, they were non-Hispanic, as I am, and they were not informed to put their masks on. I was discriminated by a PF staff member based on my age and race. I want this staff member terminated immediately.
