New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions - Determination on claim still not being made.

I was contacted on the 19th of July 2023 the following day after making my first complaint about a determination being made on my claim. I had 2 determinations that needed to be made and the one regarding my pension was made that same day or I was told it had no effect on my claim I was still eligible. I was told at that time I would receive a determination early the following week on the discharge. That week came and went so I called again today to be told that it had not been assigned to an adjudicator once again. I had been told that already once by a representative prompting my first complaint on the 18th. This is now 12 weeks with nothing having been accomplished by the first complaint. When I received that phone call on the 19th and told I should have a ceremoniously made early the following week I was fit sure this ball was going to get rolling. Only to be told the same thing. It had not been assigned to an adjudicator. I need a dyeing to be made so I can move on with the next action I need taken by me. If that's too file an appeal in the event I am denied then so be it. I am fully prepared to do so. Or I am prepared to be able to start paying the bills I desperately need to pay because I have no income. My work search has not provided me any hope of future employment. I just need to know where I stand so I can make some kind of plan for my future and the future of my bills. I hate being treated as if I don't matter. Getting ignored week after week is unjust by this dept to be allowed to do so. Please I just need a determination to be made so I can take the next steps to trying to obtain some income. Please just make a determination all ready. That's all I ask .

Desired outcome: A determination on whether I am eligible to start receiving unemployment compensation or if I am ineligible so I may start the appeal process. Which I am totally prepared for and hopefully so shall they be prepared.

New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions - Overpayment of benefits

I was laid off due to covid pandemic... Filed for benefits and began getting payments.. Months later received overpayment notices and expected to pay back. They said their was a waiver which I filled out that could get rid of overpayment. It's been months and months since I submitted the waiver and they haven't said if I was or wasn't eligible to get overpayment waived... Totally unprofessional.. A study was done and found that they overpaid claimants $250 million either due to fraud or their ignorance of not knowing what benefit amount to pay claimants... I think it's a joke that our governor gave away $2.5 million to one person who got the vaccine and several $1000 or more prizes if you got a vaccine.. On top of that she just extended the eviction process so basically people can apply for benefits to pay their overdue rent and supported offering $300 more to unemployment claimants till september and now they're also giving parents money if they have kids... I just think they are helping those that don't necessarily need the money or are not hurting for income... Yet they want all the overpaid claimants to pay up because of their mistakes.. They don't want to admit how inefficient their system is and all the errors they made... Why is it that recently the governor made them do a massive rehaul of all employees and the department and the secretary bill mcalmy stepped down claiming threats when really he didn't want to be held accountable for screwing over overpaid claimants and an inefficient call system and operation center.. New mexico government and all its agencies has turned its back on the people who were wrongfully overpaid.

Desired outcome: Overpayment of benefits waived
