On 2/19/204 my wife place a mobile order. Her name is Kathryn Magauran. Order number 2. She ordered the buffalo chicken fries and added cheese sauce. Instead of the hot cheese sauce she was given the Tostitos cheese dip. We’re never told we got order home to find it wrong. We are loyal customers who are in your store multiple time a day 7 days a week. Something needs to be done we have had orders messed up before and always went to a manager. But now it keeps happening and felt we had to go higher then store manager.
