I bought the Copper Fit Never Lost mask 0n 12-22-21. It is too small and does not cover my face, or my wife's or adult children's faces. To make the mask seal on the face you must pull the lanyard too tight causing ear and below chin discomfort and still there remains a sizable gap under the chin. I have attached a picture of the gap referenced above. Great idea, poor design. I usually buy the regular copper fit masks, but liked the ideas of the lanyard feature. Request a replacement with regular copper fit masks.
