Mr. Rooter

Mr Rooter from Hamilton, 180 Volusia avenue, NJ was called on late July to fix my renter 281 Sprint St, Trenton, toilet which was draining water on the floor. I had asked her to call Roto Rooters, but she ended calling Mr. Rooter. Some one came and plunger her toiled for 10 minutes and took $350 cash. She called me an hour later and complained of persistent issue. On next Sunday I took another handyman who charged $150 and replaced her toilet. She called the company and spoke to Mr Antohy Natoli, who issues her a refund check of $350. Then he puts a stop on her check with BIG lies that the land lord and renter have tiffs and Mr Natoli the good guy is keeping this free money. I called and tried to talk but this guy was so unreasonable, full of attitude and told me go ahead and do whatever, he will not refund anything. In a nut shell, I would never hire them and would never recommend them. This is a company full of lies and stories. They can go to any level to steal your hard earned money. Beware of these thieves before you call them, please.
