Kumon - Teachers and students have too many rudeness, anger lack of responsibility and other issues! I will clarify everything below!

Dear Sir/ Mam

I have been to two Kumon centers and one is in Manhattan and one is in Summit NJ! In the Kumon Center of NYC in the Midtown West, 555 10th Avenue, a Chinese teacher named Ms. Bono always gets angry easily, she always like to have angry faces, and she is too sensitive that she always gets angry with no reason and shouldn’t keep on being a instructor! The Manager of that Kumon always likes to angry too that she loves to make offensive jokes and unreasonable expectations! She shouldn’t make me flip pages step by step from 1 to 10 or force me to sit in the front and back! Human rights are important! She shouldn’t allow kids or workers to laugh at me or each other, they have to make sure kids and staff are very polite and reasonable by not laughing at each other, making offensive faces, do not block in ways and don’t make kids feel uncomfortable when studying! Kids and staff cannot stare at each other or judge others to make others uncomfortable! The Kumon Center of Summit NJ has more problems! Not only Arlene, the manager is not stopping kids from rude words, staring, laughing or making fun of each other! The parents, workers, kids are always too loud and Arlene is always angry and mean that makes people very uncomfortable! She never stopped students from talking too loud, laughing at each other, workers always made fun of me and others! The parents came inside and caused the environment to be very uncomfortable! Not only they threw trash everywhere, and the environment is horrible! The workers chew with lips clapping and the workers and Arlene were talking stuttering and yelling always make me and others noisy and uncomfortable! She also didn’t stop parents from rude faces, words or making the environment very uncomfortable by judging me or being mean and rude! Especially the workers from Chatham, Maya Sharma, Lily Mireskandari or other people! The workers from Chatham and two specific people shouldn’t work here anymore and another Chinese American worker always chew while clapping lips!

Desired outcome: People must be polite and kind! No noises and bad words! Never laugh at each other and give unreasonable expectations!
