Midland Credit Management [MCM] - false levy

On June 10, 2009, my account was overdrawn and I did not know what happen, I thought someone stole all my money from my account until I called the bank. I then learn that Pressler & Pressler levy my entire bank account for a debt that we set a payment arrangement on. Right now all the bills that were written on that account are not being paid by the bank, especially my rent it was returned for NSF. I really need help on this. I called Pressler & Pressler to plead with them not to take all my money their heart was so cold. I got no notice form of anything pertaining that owed moneys until now. Please someone help me. And up till this day they still can't produce any writing documents stating nothing to support this matter. And by the way Pressler & Pressler has also been none to do business under the Company name of (Midland Funding)

You claim to have a payment arrangement set up, but then you never received letters pertaining to owing money. Which is it? The company may be perfectly able to seek balance in full at any time. Liens are used to attempt to obtain that result.

How is money deposited in your account? You need to change that asap. Cash your checks and either send money orders or buy gift credit cards and load them with money. that is pricey as well. I dont know how you are going to get your money withdrawn from your account now without making acceptable arrangements with the agency.
