Rite Aid - Horrible experience with a racist store manager, racial profiling or clear bias?

Unfortunately, entering Store 4819, has been a very unpleasant situation attempting to get my Amazon Boxes picked up. For those that are unaware, Rite Aid is a pick up stop for Amazon under their store locker program. It's a HUB for picking up your packages in lieu of having your packages delivered to your home. Ideally, this program allows a consumer to pick up their products from an approved Rite Aid store.
The store manager, Yvonne, unfortunately cant get the Amazon supplied phone equipped scanner app to work, resulting in multiple attempts to scan the items and the consumer (me) waiting in line for over 10 minutes. Okay, so maybe just a bad day right? No, this occurs every time I enter the store, yes, every time I under. Let me explain: The store makes me show ID, then makes me repeat at least 4 times the code supplied by Amazon because they cant hear me, then I have to show the UPC symbol and then the same thing all over because Rite Aid cant get their scanner to work. This process is repeated multiple times on multiple occasions despite having "proved" not only am I the consumer, but the packages were legitimately purchased by me. I go to the same location multiple times, every time I go, the SAME thing, the same questions and the same computer "glitch" on their end, resulting in at least a 5-10 minute wait time and humiliation. The manager eventually told me to go to another Rite Aid due to these unfortunate computer glitches. As a member of a minority group, I felt this was very insensitive, racist and /or racial profiling. There was a definite bias' exist and this should not be tolerated. I called Amazon and the confirmed I followed the correct policy, provided the correct code and the correct UPS symbol and more importantly, the store is not allowed to hold your packages despite these efforts.

Desired outcome: Racial sensitivity or Amazon locker training.
