Holiday Inn

I dont frequent hotels, ever. My sister and I had a funeral to attend today. The girl at check-in said I had to leave a $50 "hold" which I assumed was in case of any problems we left in room which there were none. I got home tonight and saw $50 charged from my account. The indian I called tonight at the hotel was arrogant, insulting and took no responsibility for not informing m of such a charge that the other indian lady last at check in said woould not be charged. I would not ever ever recommend staying at this [censored]hole if you're planning on staying in the clark area. After the death of a very dear relative of mine, they dont give a rat's [censored] about customers! Stay away from the holiday inn in clark, nj! They suck!
