Called the resort itself. Spoke to a Selese/Celese. Very rude. Tone and attitude was all wrong right from the beginning . I called to ask a question on June 16, 2019 at 11:47pm in reference to a reservation to check-in on June 17, 2019. Yes my question was answered but after speaking with this representative she took me from enthusiasm to an anxiety state. This was an absolute horrific experience not to mention that I am and have been a timeshare owner with you all for now well over 10 years and plus. I took in consideration that she may have been having an off night and to take some of the tension out of her voice I mentioned to her that I was a T.S. Owner in which it didn't seem to make a bit of difference to her as she continued on further with the same disturbing attitude. All this madness took place within 4 minutes of my time for I could not properly close our call with a proper and friendly closure. I had to simply disconnect the call by hanging up. During the conversation I had the call on speaker and my 19 year old son came in my room and asked with a shocking look on his face who was I talking to and stated that was the rudest woman I have ever heard! Where I followed his statement by stating. Rude! Unprofessional! And not to mention Nasty!
