Town Fair Tire Centers

If I could give them negative stars I would. With an appointment, my car wasn't taken back into the shop until after I was already sitting for an hour. All I needed was a tire rotation and they insisted on an alignment. 2 hours and 45 minutes later, my car was done. The moment I left the parking lot, my tire indicator light went on. I returned within a week without an appointment, and they kept my car for 6 and a half hours and didn't even look at the car. I went in and asked for my keys and asked is there a more efficient way to have less wait. I was told no. My car wasn't even attended to. I very well could have a flat which would be free to fix "under my plan" but Plaistow Towne Fair couldn't care less and their customer service is ridiculous.
