I have been using a So Clean CPAP cleaning machine for the past two years or so and have generally be happy with the device. However, the pump that feeds the ozone through the water reservoir has stop working... even after replacing the filter and check valve.
I have tried to reach their support line on multiple occasions with no response. The only way I could reach anyone was to call their sales number. They picked up but could not offer any assistance other than to suggest the machine may need to be replaced.
I have emailed, left messages in their corporate office, etc. and have yet to receive a response..
Bill Shatner you may want to reconsider being a spokesman for this company as they are not living up to what I would expect you would consider worthy of your endorsement.
            
their expert help is just a scam. They want you to buy a $56.00 service package. I really can't believe I bought into this and bought this machine. What a waste !
Cannot reach anyone on the phone. Waited 1 hour and 45minutes and gave up if the representatives are overwhelmed with calls maybe they should hire more representatives. My time is just as important as theirs. I wanted to change my address but nobody answered me. How does one get anybody to answer the phone? If no one can call me please don't send any supplies until I can talk (in person) to a representative. My # is [protected]. My name is Mary Croft.
