Black Hills Energy

After I was stuck with a huge energy bill after a broken window I wrote down the wrong date for my arrangement and paid it a couple days late by accident (which I will admit is 100% my fault). I paid the past due amount because I was told if I did so then I could put my current amount on a payment plan but that was a huge lie and now will have to scavenge to pay these bills with no assistance from black hills energy. Terrible company wish I had another option.
