Your Savings Club - unauthorized withdrawal

These people have been deducting $1.00 a month from my debit card for months. I have tried to call but they're number is only an automated response. I finally found a number that someone posted on an older complaint site (these complaints were from 2008 so these people making a killing off poor unsuspecting people). I did finally find an address in omaha NE - 9500 W Dodge Road, Suite 100, Omaha, NE [protected]. I called the BBB for NE and Veronica said that the parent company of yoursavingsclub.com is Vertre and they have an F rating, the lowest you can get. Veronica said you can file a complaint and they will contact the company and they will refund all of the money they have deducted but still deny that they don't have authorization to deduct this money. I've made that complaint but I'm also going to call the police department in Omaha, the newspaper and a local news station. I know the amount is only $1.00 but if they are taking $1.00 each month from thousands of people, they're rich. I hope this helps someone else.

I recently notice a charge on my bank account from your company. I did not authorize this purchase. The first time I heard anything about it was when I saw the charges in my bank account. I have tried to contact the company to no avail. I wish to cancel this membership immediately and I want to be refunded for this unauthorized charge.

THIS COMPLAINT IS ABOUT YOU! YOUR SAVINGS CLUB! I CANCELLED THIS SERVICE SEPTEMBER 1 2008 AND I AM STILL BEING BILLED EACH MONTH. YOUR SITE GIVES ME NO OPPORTUNITY TO DISCONTINUE THE SERVICE. I HAVE CALLED MY CREDIT CARD AND THEY HAVE CREDITED MY CARD SEVERAL TIMES, BUT I AM TIRED OF NOT BEING ABLE TO DEAL WITH YOU DIRECTLY! I CALL THE 877 NUMBER AND THE AUTO ANSWER SAYS MY MEMBERSHIP IS CANCELLED, AND HANG S UP.PLEASE DO NOT BILL MY CREDIT CARD AGAIN ELEANOR RICHARDSON I DO NOT REMEMBER MY MEMBERSHIP ID NUMBER AND THE AUTO SERVICE HANGS UP WITH OUT GIVING MY NUMHER TO ME. yoursavingsclub has been taking one dollar from my credit card for some time and I have not being able to get them on the phone or otherwise and I'm going for a law suit if possible.

I never signed up with any services from this company and I never authorized any purchases yet they are taking money out of my account. How does this happen?!

This is the forth time I have tried to put a stop to the unauthorized withdrawal from my account for the amount of $1.oo every month. Like I said before, I or my wife did not authorize this agreement. I want to put a stop to this for the last time before taking other options.

I have never signed for the services of yoursavingsclub.com. My credit card is being charged a monthly fee without my consent. I would like to know how this happened? How to stop it? and How to be refunded on the charges against my credit card?

How did you get a hold of my private banking info? How dare you go into my account and do unauthorized transactions to. This is fraud. I have had to shut down my bank account and also report to my credit bureau. Identity theft, on part of your company.

I also was searching for a free credit report two months ago and was told that my 1.00 would be refunded and now this rip-off company does not even have atelephone number to call and complain. I have cancelled my memebership, (that i never signed up for) and they continue to take $ out of my acct. I sent them a nastygram and hope that this litiginous activity stops.

I am outraged. I just noticed the charge on my debit card without authorization. There's a telephone number which you can call, but they ask you to enter your membership# which of course no one knows because we didn't know we joined. I then went on their website where you can request for them to send you your membership #, I requested it three times all to no avail. This company needs to be sued and I'm going to pursue every avenue tht I can to see them stopped! SCAM AND FRAUD
