Edible Arrangements

I placed an order with this Edible Arrangements location for Party Platters (3 total ) + 3 mylar balloons this morning @9:58am on June 18th, 2020 to be delivered same day. I read the store policy and called the location personally to ensure the delivery will be made today for my nephew's 30th Birthday! The representative who worked there ensured me that the driver will deliver and it will be there after 7:30pm NC time. I agreed and proceeded to pay for the delivery.

The Driver dropped off the 3 mylar balloons and "1" tray of fruit ONLY! He stated the rest of the trays fell out of his truck.

-So I paid $181 dollars for "1 tray" of cut up fruit and 3 mylar balloons?
I tried calling the store after it was delivered but had no success reaching anyone.
I called calling on 6/19/20 morning only to speak to someone who took orders for multiple locations. (his name is Alley John). I asked who the manager was for the location I placed the original order, he stated there was no Manager for that location and they were using 1 driver for multiple locations. I replied I understand the circumstances however that should not be the customers problem especially if I am paying for delivery.

He then proceeded to asked me what I wanted to do about it now. Really?
-He can either credit my account for the two trays he did not receive or he can deliver it today. I stated I paid for delivery for same day service and fact that it was not successful and purpose of delivery was a special occasion for THAT DAY! NOT a DAY LATER.
-I paid $181.69 for Very unsatisfied with their service and delivery. The man who I spoke with said it would be delivered today 6/19/20 I still don't have the delivery. I want a FULL REFUND not only for the worst delivery service but for LACK OF FOLLOW THROUGH!
