Two sales associates and one manager ganged up on me regarding a returen. Niether of them could figure out how to do a simple return and were trying to not give me full refund. I had all receipts and purchase was made on the same day, so their were absolutley no issues on my part; but I was forced to walk away and drive accross town to a different Ann Taylor store for them to give me the full refund. They were more concerned about backing each other up then to do the right thing and return the item for the price I paid. It was on the reciept, they couldn't read their own store reciept.
