Placed an order 8 days ago check to see where it is and it still says processing. Contacted customer service through live chat, and 34 minutes later I was told, Finish Line is still waiting for more inventory and that's why my order is still saying processing. My question is why are you allowing people to purchase things you don't actually have? Your processing places a hold on my account for the purchase amount; which makes it impossible to buy the same product from someone else. After this incident, I am afraid to buy anything from your online store, because I don't know if I will ever receive it, or if it is really in stock. I ordered that particular product so that I could wear it on my vacation; now I know that will never happen. So disappointed.
