Many times I have walked into this finish line looking to purchase a pair of shoes or two, and cannot get any of the associates to help me. Today, April 20th, 2019, I walked in and the three employees "working" were all huddled in a circle, chatting away, not acknowledging any of the customers in the store. After I browsed for a few minutes, I stood by a pair of shoes I wanted to purchase for few moments and couldn't get any of their attentions. So after 2 or 3 minutes I decide to leave since obviously this store doesn't want to make any money. As I was walking out, one of the employees sees me and yells and I quote, "You good?" I just ignored them and walked down to hibbets and purchased a $185 pair of Jordan's. As I'm writing this, I remember the last pair of shoes I've actually bought were clearance shoes on the rack, which was convenient since I didn't have to bother one of the associates for help. This store seriously needs some more training or new employees. I understand that the workforce sucks at the moment, but you guys are basically losing money because your employees are more worried about each other than selling shoes.
