Mavis Discount Tire

I took my SUV in to get my new rims and tires that my husband purchased already from online company. Took them to the new Lenoir store we had appt at 3pm got there at 2:45pm. They put my new tires and rim after 2 1/2 hours later. And I drove it 2 mins down the road and it puts to the left as soon as I take my hands off the wheel and it didnt do that before. I would NOT never trust this ppl to do NOTHING to my car. This was the first and last time. I see why they wasnt busy at all today.
