Visited the KFC on South 311 in High Point NC. Was so disappointed at the new chicken nuggets that I paid $ for and they did not even have breading like they advertise on their TV commercials In my opinion it was really a rip off. They did not even taste like KFC recipes. Only got half cups of my Side orders! And… had to wait over 30min for my meals with three people ahead of me! I bet the real kernel Sanders would have never let this happen. Never the less, I will purchase my chicken from Bojangles from this day foreword!
Desired outcome: I know nothing will be done, as I can tell by all the complaints! So you’re not interested in pleasing your customers.
