Burger King - Assistant Manager Anna

I went to Burger King in Mar Mac NC, and the Assistance Manager Anna was yelling and she was very rude, when I told her that my sandwhich was made wrong she goes we did what you wanted and I told her no I said I did not want tomato cause I have a allergy. So she took it back and just picked the tomato off and brought me the same sandwich back I told her no thank you just give me my money back and ill go somewhere else. And she did but no sooner I left she was saying all kind of stuff calling me a stupid [censored] I will never come back with her working their it was un professional and the other older gentlemen I take is her dad or uncle was a little more understanding. And also I was guessing it was her mother who was in loby running her mouth about me so I will not come back ever and we always goes to bosco beach there

Desired outcome: termination or demoted to worker

I did not forget what I order the young girl who took my order stepped up and apologized and said it was her fault she forgot to put that up there I can be forgiving cause it was a busy day but did have a conversation the creg who saw the video and assistance manager Anna apologized so done an we moved on

Oh it did happen it is one manager and plus it was recorded on camera the actual manager Angie took care of the situation and apologized for the situation and two I go in that place often and maybe I caught her on a wrong day they were getting and inspection done just because you may have had a better experience when you go in there that is you there have bee. Tines with other managers as well but this was the first time I had that manager rude with me plus you were not there when it happen and I still go there and her attuide changed to the better
