Sam's Club

My daughter was called into work today and fired and only had 1 verbal warning. This is ridiculous as she was in multiple areas then fell into the deli not by choice. The leadership is in serious question. I work at a company that has a performance improvement plan and it works. One verbal warning and being fired, sounds like an abuse of power to me.
