12/29/19 at approximately 5:25pm my family and I went to eat at the above location. We had eaten there once before and enjoyed the experience and for that reason decided to return on this evening.
There were three of us in my party and we were seated promptly.
This is where the customer service went down hill.
The restaurant was moderately busy. There were several table in the area we were seated in that had been served and were enjoying their meals.
Two female waitresses and one waiter were working this section, which was located in the back dining area.
Not one of them acknowledged the fact we were seated or came over to take an order or give an explanation of lengthy wait.
At 5:45 pm I looked at my watch to see the time. I allowed 15 minutes more waiting time. During this period the two waitresses and waiter passed by our table and still did not acknowledge the fact we were there.
We sat there until 6 pm at which time we got up and left the restaurant.
This put a disappointing reflection on Red Robin as far as I am concerned.
