Mr. Tire

Hi, To whom it may concern:
I am writing this complaint letter in regards to supervisor Barry Moore at store number 1079. I towed my vehicle last week to their location to see what issues my vehicle were having. When I came by the shop to speak with someone to see what problems my vehicle was having Barry Moore (supervisor) was being very aggressive and rude. He stated "by looking at your car it needs a new tire and new door handle" which has nothing to do with why I was dropping my vehicle off. I stated to him I was having engine problems and if any of his employees looked at my car to determine the cause of problem to the engine. He stated to me that the mechanic is no longer there at the shop working and he's not sure what's wrong with my car but he can tell me now that the car is trash and suggest to get rid of it. I expressed to him my concerns and what the exact problem is so I can fix it and have a vehicle. Also explained to him that money was not an issue and if it's the engine we can go ahead and replace it but I need to know the exact diagnostic. He replied very angry and upset and walked off without saying a word to me. Please call me in regards to this issue [protected]
