When you pay your money for hot fried chicken then that is what you expect to get. Instead you get refried chicken. Then when you ask for fresh chicken you get an attitude. What happen to the customer is always right? Also the one on Hillsborough is the same way. they be in there playing and arguing with one another and make you not want to eat there. Very unprofessional. The service at Popeyes and Bojanles is so much better, if you tell them that you want fresh fried chicken they just tell you how long it will take. KFC use to be the best things have really changed.
