Cracker Barrel - Have the managers actually read the mandates?

I believe this incident happened 4 days ago, at the Cracker barrel on the outskirts of Dunn, North Carolina.

There is an employee that has a sincerely held religious objection to the mandate that is being allegedly enforced by Cracker Barrel.

Is management aware of what the actual mandate reads? Has anyone from Cracker Barrel read the North Carolina mandate? Has anyone taken the time to read the Exemption section? In it, Governor Cooper CLEARLY states that North Carolinians have a religious, or a medical exemption - it literally states that North Carolinians are on the honor system, and that no proof need be shown. If this is new for you, please refer to the very first mandate, or to the newest one that states "ALL PREVIOUS EXEMPTIONS STILL APPLY"!

Is Cracker Barrel intentionally enforcing PART of the mandate, but not the entire mandate?

Also, what is Cracker Barrel's evidence that long term mask wearing has no short - or long-term effects on health?

Does Cracker Barrel not respect religious beliefs?

Also - the new CB "mask rule" was on a paper that didn't even say CB! There was no mention of Cracker Barrel or their employees! So how do we even know that it applies to them? It was seemingly vague. Either way, why is the religious exemption being stepped on?

There was an email sent to a manager at CB, that showed the employee the email, but the employee was not able to read it or get a copy - is this how CB normally operates? No one actually taking liability for a decision?

I have tried calling CB headquarters daily, multiple times per day, with no reply. This employee is allegedly suspended for 30 days, for having a religious belief, which this country is supposed to be founded upon - religious freedom, right? So is she punished? Is she fired? Is this "encouragement to comply" with an arbitrary rule that goes against sincerely held religious beliefs? Is this bullying? It seems like it.

Desired outcome: Reinstatement of schedule, compensation for days taken off schedule- as a result of no one listening and instead punishing someone that is a loyal and great worker. And an apology of wrongdoing.
