Sonny's BBQ

My family order take out from Sonny's in Concord, NC at least 4 or 5 times a month and for the last few months our service has been horrible. My favorite item from the menu was the baby back ribs, but my last 2 orders the ribs were cooked so hard I threw them away. Last night we ordered 2 meals for curbside pickup. Once we got there we was told they was too busy to bring our food out did we mind coming in to get it. Once we got 5he food home, we realized we was missing one side from each meal. I called back to the store and the person answered the phone found our order, verified our contact information and said a manager would call us back. Well it's the next day and we haven't heard from anyone.
