I purchased Vanilla Visa gift cards. Within seconds of purchase changed my mind and asked to return them, refund was denied! I was told "I don't have a method to refund your credit card". I filed a complaint with customer service: Case Number: C-1604718-P6Z5. Other purchase, same product, charged for card w/activation code, however, I was provided a card that was never scanned, leading me to only conclusion that employee stole the card. When I went back and showed that the card is inactive, I was told that management will help, but nothing has been resolved to this point. I feel that I've been robbed blind. My only resolution is to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
