I just received a email saying they close my guitar center credit card account. No lates payment and I made 2 payment before promotion was over trying to pay card off faster. Today by shock I get email for me to read letter and they was closing my account. I was shocked, I’ve paid the account last year in 2 months and then use it for items for church and then they drop my credit limit after I just purchase items and then promotional offer is over they close my account. Terrible leadership, never had that problem with chase or Amex I’ve been with them for 14 years. I will also file a complaint with attorney general.
