I come into this QT 5 days a week. Monday-Friday because it is in my work area. I frequent here a lot and the women’s bathrooms for the past month has been absolutely DISGUSTING, DISTASTEFUL and very UNDESIRABLE! I work outdoors and constantly moving around, so I have to use the restroom on the go. I choose QT because of the high expectations that I have as far as cleanliness and customer service. However, my expectations have not been met in quite sometime. There are 3 stalls. 2 in which are completely filthy and the 3rd is out of order and has been for sometime. It seems as if the staff doesn’t care to clean the restrooms. Almost as if it’s not apart of there jobs. I know they have to use to same restrooms which makes it even more crazy. To see filth and not do anything about it. For reference this is the QT located on 4200 Brookshire Blvd, Charlotte,NC 28208
Desired outcome: Clean restrooms and maintain cleanliness for all construction, city and any other workers who work on the go.
QuikTrip - sandwich
Today at approximately 9:45pm I purchased a grilled cheese sandwich with tomatoes. I specifically asked the employee to grill my tomatoes on the sandwich in the oven. Instead, the employee put the sandwich closed in the oven and then after pulling it out of the oven opened the sandwich in a sloppy manner and added the tomatoes. I told the employee that I wanted the tomatoes grilled on the chees sandwich in the oven so the employee put back the sandwich into the oven and didn't start the cook timer. It seems to me your employees take the public for idiots and do what they want and Not what the paying customer wants. I demand a refund.
