To Whom It May Concern:
My husband's name is Julius Glover, he is 79 years old, on January 29th he joined Plant Fitness. He went there once before the virus out-break. At this time, he would like to cancel because of health reasons an will not be attending anymore. Each month $23.00 is being taken out of our account that money we need to pay bills, he is under this contract for one year in which we cannot afford, My name is Missouri, I am the spouse. Thank you
