Paul Mitchell

One of the Paul Mitchell School teachers was very rude and disrespectful to me and to my mom who was with me at the time. I believe her name was Rola, she has short blonde hair, an accent of some kind, and glasses I believe.. When I asked a question because I was confused and concerned about my hair, she answered back with a very rude and snappy attitude. I came in for bleaching and dyeing the ends of my hair purple. Since my hair is so dark, they decided to do a strand test. Once the first test did not work, they tried once again and after that didn't work very well, she told me that there was nothing she could do and that it wasn't her fault. I had been going for two years prior to get my hair bleached and dyed blue, and had no problems. As I was leaving, she assured me that all the bleach was sprayed out of my hair with water in a spray bottle, which couldn't be effective but I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. Later that night, as i was messing with my hair, I saw two pieces of my hair bleached bright blonde. The student who was trying to do my hair, Elicia, was very sweet and reassuring, she was no problem. The teacher was the issue and the reason I don't want to return to Paul Mitchell School again, I will not deal with the teacher treating me or my mother like that again.
