I went to KFC on 4/30 in Charlotte, NC, the west sugar creek location. I order the same thing every time, tenders, fries, and a side of gravy with the sweet lightning mountain dew. The drink hasn't been available for weeks but is still posted and advertised as still selling it. The fries were not good and crisp like usual. My side of gravy literally had 2 tablespoons of gravy in the container. I love KFC, but to have 2 or 3 people working, the line around the building, and pick up orders are never ready, perhaps this location should be shut down! That is unacceptable!

KFC - bad chicken and slaw
I spent $32.36 buying chicken for my family for dinner from this KFC only to find the cole slaw look like it was rotten or bad and the chicken cooked half done and very sloppy and wet. The fish from the other side was however great. I ate a small bit and got sick immediately after eating this chicken. These places need to be inspected more often and I would like are refund of my money back for this bad bad bad food. It was sad. I will never buy from KFC again. They are going down.
