Dollar General

I went to Dollar general in Mt. Carroll, IL. today saturday the 18th of july And when I got to the check out the digital coupons werent working. So I couldnt use my by 25 get 5 off. I spent almost 40 dollars. and I didnt recieve any 5 dollars off of my total. I only waited till today to be able to get 5 dollars off of my total. I feel I should be compensated for this.
