I was hired on January 30 and have prepared myself for work this week. I have been constantly call to request that she does her part in my onboarding process which she never completed. I called today on February 5th and was told she wasn't there so I spoke to the other manager n told her that this is very unprofessional and she then cursed me out and told me that I won't be working for Burger King. I feel this decision is very discriminatory and I will have my lawyer take a look at this case if she doesn't get any consequences for these actions. She needs to know that what she did to me over these past couple days was very unprofessional and the response I got today is very disrespectful. As a manager she is supposed to conduct herself in a way that's professional but today those curse words were very unacceptable. She also hung the phone up in my ear after she verbally abused me. My lawyer will be in contact because I am going to sue your company for discrimination. Feel free to give me a call at [protected].
