Lori’s Labradors - black lab female
I put a deposit down on a female black lab and was told she was available and ready for pickup once the puppy was old enough. I bought a supplement to honor the 2.5 year guarantee, made vet appointments, and planned a 200+ mile trip to pick up the puppy. After everything was in place, I was then told a prior deposit had priority gender pick on the litter. Lori (the owner) deflected all the blame at me, she never told me about the pick order. She then compromised my credit card by posting a picture of the refund on her Facebook.

You were an impossible client to deal with nothing would make you happy therefore prior to your leaving for your 200 mile journey I refunded your deposit money in full. You continued to trash me with lies. I had no choice but to post the truth of the refund on social media. I attempted to reach you multiple times and you refused. Remember you were the one who brought this to social media. That is on you. Yes I did keep the only female for my breeding program as I lost a valuable breeder at the time. Honestly that is none of your business. I feel it was the kindest to refund you and save you the 200 mile journey. As far as the vitamins they are fully refundable.
