To whom it may concern. I am Peoria, AZ South member my friends and I come to this location and it has been over a month since this location no longer tune in to Fox News.

We have asked the location manager to look into it and we get bogus explanation. First the cable carrier was blamed, next an electric issue that happened las week when it was explain that there has been no tune in for about a month.

Please look into this and resolve this request. We know the TVs are turned off. Is funny that other news channels are working. We as members have the right to enjoy what we want not to what is being imposed.

My local PF closed in March for COVID. They sent me an email stating that accounts would be frozen until further notice. Unfortunately they forgot the further notice part, and started charging again in June. I am a disabled vet with respiratory issues, so there is no way I would even think about going to a gym now. Yesterday I noticed a 39 dollar fee from PF. I went back through my bank account, and I've been being charged since June, even though I never got told they were activating accounts again. I went into PF, and the staff were complete jerks. They told me in a very condescending manner that I needed to go home and read my contract. And that they had absolutely no way to refund me, even though I hadn't set foot in there for 11 months. Planet fitness is a total scam company, can't believe they get away with such awful customer service.
