Camping World - rv-motor home freedom traveler class a

While traveling back to Baton Rouge, LA, We bought a class A motor home from camping world in Biloxi MS, March 2, 2020, We couldn't go out in it because of the stay at home rule, on May 25, 2020 it would not start, called Good Sam and before they would come out we had to pay $330.00, but the dispatcher still couldn't get it started. They finally got someone to tow (1) it to a shop for repairs, the day we picked it up we attempted to drive it to camping world in Biloxi, MS. continual check up, but the unit suddenly STOP while driving it ON THE INTERSTATE, that was a very awful moment! camping world manger " Erin "didn't want to have anything to do with that unit, but Jonathan took the keys and said he would get it off the side of the road to a shop. He had it towed (2) to a Ford dealer in PICAYUNE, MS. but the person that towed it didn't give them the keys, so Jonathan sent me an email asking if I had another set of keys, we ended up driving to take them the keys, the next day we got a call telling us they can't fix the unit because they wasn't equipped because of the problem, so camping World had it TOWED(3) to Denham Spring, LA. where they couldn't work on it either again this time they towed (4) it to Tupelo, MS . after having the unit for awhile, we drove six hours to pick it up, then headed to Biloxi, MS, some four more hours so that camping World could fix the over head bunk was falling down and a few other things, we parked it at camping World, the next day got a call telling me the unit want start!. Now this was sold as a brand new unit, Erin the manager lied, they he accidentally told us the unit had been work on. We ask him the buy it back, trade it for another unit or pay it off and take this unit back. We find Camping World know the unit is unsafe, We have been taken advantage of and partly is because we are black, this is a defective product, there was lack of information, they deceived us, they are not accountable and they are abusive business practices. Right now they said they have fixed that unit but We cannot trust it because IT IS UNSAFE! THIS IS OUR 4TH RV, and our 1st time buying from Camping World, But never again. BLACK LIVES MATTER need to here about this!
