Went to waffle house #676. Was not greeted for almost 3 minutes. No one else in restaurant but cook and waiter (Abrum). All we heard was complaining cause the new waitress wasn't there. Watched the waiter play with socks, shoes, legs before he came to give us silverware and ask us what we wanted to drink. Then asked if we needed menus. We ordered a ham and cheese omelet, hash browns scattered and smothered, white toast but wasn't asked what kind of toast. Toast was burnt, ask for a side of sausage, they crumbled it and put on my husband's hash browns. I ordered a deluxe bacon cheeseburger, hash browns scattered and peppered. The peppers were burnt. My bun was soggy. This cost us 25.00 for a burnt mess. This was not a good experience at all.
Desired outcome: Money back and a good coaching to both of the employees that was working on August 7 at around 4:30 in evening
