Panera Bread

I was ordering what I wanted for lunch and the employee taking my order never said they would take me when i was ready. they just stood there until i asked if they would take my order. when ordering they never asked if i wanted a side like chips, apple, or bread. they didn't ask if i wanted a drink. He didn't ask if it was for there or to go. They did not ask me if I had a MyPanera card. and i didn't get a receipt to go register on the app that i missed a visit. Very unhappy with the experience.
