Americas Best Value Inn

I stay in hotels 8 to 10 nights a month throughout the country. Its been a very long time since staying at a hotel this discusting. As I entered my no smoking room I was overtaken by the smell of smoke and body odor. The room was grungy, lamp shades broken and filthy. TV was not working. When calling the front desk an hour ago to complain about it, I was hung up on. I was charged $50.00 in case of damages. I'm not sure what hasn't already been abused and damaged. This place is discusting. I realize that this is a value hotel, but to use the name of America in the title of this building is a abomination of this great country. I'm sure that nothing will be done about any of this, but if Im going to pay over a hundred dollars for a hotel that I cant sleep in or be refunded then by damn I'm going to say something. Even if its just venting to myself.
