Panera Bread

Two friends and I were going to have breakfast at Panera Bread (Lake Saint Louis, MO location). When we arrived, there was no one at the counter, so we waited. Then when we saw other patrons trying to re-fill their coffee cups, there was NO COFFEE in the regular, dark or caffeine free carafes! This was 8:45 in the morning! Rather than wait until we were waited on and then wait for the coffee to brew and refill, we decided to go somewhere else. Very disappointed, so sorry that I will have scratch Panera off my list.
