Dollar General in Bakersfield Missouri now has a sign on the front door requiring face coverings for entry. However, no employees were wearing face coverings when I was there. Coronavirus is known to be transmitted via droplets. Face coverings provide the wearer the capability to limit the amount of droplets expelled therefore reducing the possibility of transmission. The employees who fail to wear face coverings create a risk to the community and increase the likelihood of disease transmission. These employees could create a liability for your company.
