Came into the open store to make a purchase of 2 large containers with lids and shampoo tried to use a card the manager said it was ok. But it didn’t work so I waited for her to reboot the register and tried again it did not work it was $38.76 twice So I said to the manager I’ll be back if those charges go through on my card and she said we’ll get the [censored] out of here I told you your card wasn’t charged
I told her that she was ridiculous to use that kind of language with a customer who never once yelled or used foul language
Desired outcome: I want an apology and something in writing that my card was not charged
Dollar General - Mold in store
I work at Dollar General 10589 St Peter MN.
I have mentioned Mold smells in the store and back room.
I mentioned it to my Manager and was told good luck.
I do not know if the mold is in the ceiling or in the wall between the store and the back room or in the ductwork.
Something has to be done.
I have had customers complain about it.
they have done surveys about it.
I have been getting migraines from it.
HELP!
Desired outcome: Have someone come into the store and check for mold and clean the mold up.
