Extra Space Storage - Bathroom lock and invasion of privacy

On June 4, 2022, I discover a cleaning charge on my account, i, ask the manager why, who goes by "JOE" in Roseville, Minnesota off highway 36th. He said, after careful search of our video surveillance system... I saw you place a bag outside the door. Sorry to tell you this, I don't want your black [censored] here anymore.

They said Erica at telephone number we have notes on file and video footage of different events of you. Erica telephone number is [protected]

The manager is a predator when it comes to the surveillance system. He falsified and say! A customer complaint on you. It is a total lie.

How does customer know my name in this case is beyond a lie.

Desired outcome: one year of storage fee return to me at once.
