Wells Fargo

This Wells Fargo is being NEGLECTED and CHEAP to cheap to install a drive up ATM. When the bank is closed drunks loiter in the lobby begging bankers for money to go to the liquor store next door. The lobby smells of urine/feces because of the drunks standing there for long periods of time. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT IN THE BRANCH AND NO RESPONSE 2020.

This branch also has a high turn over rate. Every other month their training someone new because someone else we just met is gone, therefore they are ALWAYS SHORT STAFFED LEAVING PEOPLE EITHER IN THE DRIVE THRU OR THE LOBBY FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. (Half the time the drive thru cameras and sound doesn't work)
Branch Bankers are loud and theres NO PRIVACY to discuss your banking needs and bankers HAVE NO CONCERN FOR OUR DATA PRIVACY, they share your banking details in a loud manner so everyone can hear. This branch is in an urban location and would not be like this if it was in the suburbs.
